By inviting M4T3 to your Discord server or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

M4T3 is a Discord bot providing moderation tools, welcome messages, reaction roles, social alerts, music playback, AI features, games, economy system, leaderboards, giveaways, and server management tools.

You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service, not use the bot for illegal purposes, not exploit or abuse features, not harass other users, and ensure proper permissions are granted.

Premium subscriptions are managed through Patreon at €3/month. Benefits can be activated on up to 5 servers. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

M4T3's economy system uses virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify or reset balances at any time.

You are solely responsible for content you create using our bot (custom embeds, welcome messages, etc.). We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

M4T3 and all associated branding, code, and content are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

M4T3 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to M4T3 at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using our services at any time by removing the bot from your server.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced through our Discord server or website.
